7:15 am – 7:45 am: Check-in at the Reef Fleet Terminal
8.00 am: Evolution departs Cairns
9.45 am: Arrive at reef location 1
11:30 am: Enjoy a BBQ buffet lunch onboard
1:00 pm:Evolution arrives at the second reef location where you will take to the sky for your scenic helicopter flight
3:00 pm: Evolution departs for Cairns
4:30 pm: Evolution arrives back in Cairns

How to get there
Evolution Outer Reef Cruise departure details
Check-in is at Reef Fleet Terminal (a large building at the Marina). Please check in from 7.15 am – 7.45 am at the Down Under Cruise and Dive counter. The boat departs at 8 am sharp and returns at approximately 4.30 pm.
At time of booking, please select “No thanks, I’ll get to the Reef Fleet Terminal myself @ 7:15am” to avoid additional fees.
City pick-ups incur a $24 per person fee, Northern Beaches $35 per person, and Port Douglas $200 per person, payable onboard on the day of travel.

Important Information
Helicopter: 130kg weight restrictions apply for helicopter rides. Please provide your weight at time of booking in the blue “Message” section.
Diving: All divers must complete a Queensland Medical Questionnaire onboard. Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba card. Minimum age for Introductory divers and dive courses: 12+ years and Certified divers: 10+ years.
Semi-Sub: Please note that due to safety reasons, the Semi Submarine Tour is weather permitting.
Reef Levy: There’s a mandatory $20 per person that will be added at the time of checkout.
